For Customers
How do I find shops near me?
Open the app and allow location access. The Home tab shows all shops currently open near your location, updated in real time. Use the Explore tab to search by category or browse the map.
Why am I not seeing any shops?
Make sure location permission is granted to OpenNow in your device settings. Also ensure you have an active internet connection. If the area has no active vendors yet, the list may appear empty.
How do I get notified when a shop opens?
Save a shop by tapping the bookmark icon on its profile. Once saved, you'll receive a push notification whenever that shop goes live. Make sure notifications are enabled for OpenNow in your device settings.
What is OpenNow Prime?
OpenNow Prime is an optional customer subscription (₹49/month) that unlocks the Explore tab, which lets you search shops by category across your city and browse the map view.
How do I delete my account?
Email us at support@opennow.in with the subject "Delete My Account". We will delete your account and all associated data within 7 business days.
For Vendors
How do I register my shop?
Download the OpenNow app, log in with your phone number, and tap "Register My Shop" on the Vendor tab. Fill in your shop name, category, and address. Your shop will be listed immediately after registration.
How do I go live so customers can find me?
On the Vendor tab, tap the large "Go Live" button. Your shop will appear in the live feed for all nearby customers until you tap "End Session" or the session expires automatically.
What is included in a vendor subscription?
A vendor subscription unlocks the ability to post daily updates (photos, offers, announcements) that appear in customers' feeds. Free vendors can still go live and appear in nearby searches.
My payment went through but subscription didn't activate. What do I do?
This is rare but can happen due to a network issue. Wait 5 minutes and restart the app. If the subscription is still not active, email us at support@opennow.in with your Shop ID and payment screenshot.
How do I share my shop with customers?
On the Vendor tab, tap "Share Card" in the Shop ID banner. This generates a message with your shop link that you can send on WhatsApp, Instagram, or any platform. Recipients can tap the link to view your shop in OpenNow.
Can I update my shop photos and details?
Yes. On the Vendor tab, tap the edit icon next to your shop name to update your shop details. You can add or replace menu/shop photos from the same screen.
