Welcome to OpenNow. By downloading or using the OpenNow app, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
OpenNow is a hyperlocal shop discovery platform that connects customers with nearby shops that are currently open. Vendors can use OpenNow to announce their availability in real time; customers can discover and save nearby shops.
You must be at least 13 years old to use OpenNow. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

You retain ownership of content you post (photos, shop details, etc.). By posting content on OpenNow, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content within the app and for promotional purposes.
We may remove any content that violates these terms or our community guidelines without prior notice.
We aim to keep OpenNow available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may temporarily suspend the service for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.
OpenNow is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of shop information posted by vendors. We are not responsible for any transactions, disputes, or interactions between customers and vendors.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OpenNow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app or inability to use it.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your data will be handled per our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of OpenNow after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. We will provide notice of material changes via the app.
All payments made on OpenNow — including vendor subscriptions (Standard, Pro), boost add-ons, and Customer Prime — are strictly non-refundable once the plan or feature is activated.
The only exception is a payment failure: if your payment was debited but the plan or feature did not activate, you are eligible for a full refund. To claim a refund in this case:
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
